With a emphasis on transactions, business concept development, operations, construction, permitting, and real estate in the hospitality sector over the past two decades, Shane has played an integral role in the expansion and growth of the Zinqué Hospitality Group since its inception in 2011, now with 10 locations and 3 more in permitting or under construction. Other notable clients and projects include 2 Michelin starred Vespertine, 2 Michelin starred Josiah Citrin, Zach Pollack’s Cosetta, Bestia, KinKan, Little Joy, The Lonely Oyster, and RVR from Travis Lett, creative founder of Gjelina/Gjusta. Shane also owns and operates neighborhood favorite Not No Bar in Santa Monica.
Prior to focusing on hospitality real estate, Shane served as a principal at Urban Pacific West, Inc. developing luxury residential real estate throughout Southern California. Currently, he holds the title of Executive Vice President at CityStreet Commerical in Beverly Hills. In addition to his background in construction and business operations, Shane is recognized for his deep understanding of global trends created from lifestyle driven consumer markets.
During his teenage years into his early 20’s, Shane was a competitive surfer living in Laguna Beach, Half Moon Bay, and Hawaii, eventually attending UCSB, then UCLA.
